REGISTRATION FEE
The Registration Fee for all participants includes: attendance to the conference, the conference materials, admission to the Welcome Reception, lunches and coffee breaks, tourist visa invitation for the period of the conference, transportation (hotel-conference venue- hotel), City Tour.
For accompanying persons the fee includes: the Welcome Reception, tourist visa invitation for the period of the conference, City Tour, transportation (hotel-conference venue- hotel).

Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent to Monomax Congresses and Incentives Co Ltd. office by e-mail (svetlana.pagaeva@monomax.org) or by fax +7 495 726 51 35.
Cancellation charges:
- Before 31 May 2006 - 80% refund
- After 31 May 2006 - no refund
All refunds will be proceeded after the Conference.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
The amount of the Conference registration fee and all other payments (hotel accommodation, etc.) should be made in EURO or USD . Admission to the Conference is only granted if Monomax Congresses and Incentives Co Ltd has received the EBEC` 2006 registration fee. Participants who have made late payments should bring a copy of their payment draft with them to the Ebec` 2006 registration desk.
Payment for the chosen services can be done not at the same time (step by step).
During the on-line registration for the Conference, it will be offered to you to provide payment for your participation at the Conference and all additional services you have chosen.
We regret but we do not accept private and company checks or Euro cheques.
The payments can be made in three different ways (see descriptions below).
The ways of payment description:
1. Payment via Credit card (all major credit cards are accepted for all charges: VISA, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).
If during the registration process the credit card payment was chosen the Agreement of Payment Form will be created automatically during on-line registration. Please print it, fill it in, sign the Agreement of Payment form and send it to the Conference Secretariat secure tel/fax number: +7 (812) 335 99 58 or +7 (812) 335 20 39. On receiving your Agreement of Payment the Conference Secretariat will charge the stated amount from the indicated credit card and send the confirmation of payment to the participant.
2. Payment by Bank transfer If the payment by bank transfer was chosen by the participant as the preferable way, the invoice for the total amount of payment for the chosen services will be created automatically during on-line registration process. Please print it and provide the payment to the following bank account. In order to confirm your payment could you be so kind to send the copy of your bank transfer order to Conference Secretariat by tel/fax +7 (495) 726-51-35 or by e-mail: svetlana.pagaeva@monomax.org
3. Internet payment For the Internet payments Conference Secretariat Monomax uses AssistTM as the secure credit card Internet payment system. AssistTM e-payment system uses SSL-connection, making your purchase safe on-line. If you have chosen an Internet payment option simply follow the steps of instruction
Only VISA and EuroCard/MasterCard are accepted!
Money refund to the card holder is carried out according to the credit card payment system terms and conditions. In this case all banking fees are to be paid by the card holder.
